We appreciate your interest in our homepage and company. Despite careful checks on content, we cannot accept liability for external links to third-party content. The protection of your private data in its collection, processing and use in connection with your visit to our homepage is an important matter for us. Your data will be protected in the context of the statutory provisions. Below you will find information on which data is collected during your visit to the homepage and how this is used:

1. Collection and processing of data

Every visit to our homepage and every access of one of the files in the homepage is logged. Data is saved for internal system-related and statistical purposes. Logged are: the name of the accessed file, the date and time of the access, the amount of data transferred, reports on successful access, web-browser and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computer is logged. Further personal data is collected only if you provide this voluntarily, for example in connection with an enquiry for registration or agreement.

The processing of data for the purposes of informing you from time to time about our products and services (advertising and market research) is based of Art. 6 paragraph 1 (f) GDPR (for the protection of our legitimate interests). The processing of log data to ensure proper operation of the website is also on this legal basis.

We need the provision of your personal data in the marked mandatory fields for contract acquisition. Failing to complete the mandatory fields will prevent the conclusion of a contract.
When you buy an event ticket, you leave our homepage and are redirected to the ztix service provider.

2. Use and disclosure of personal data

If you have provided us with personal data, we use this only for the purpose stated, e.g. for answering your enquiry, processing contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Your personal data is passed on or otherwise transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the contract – e.g. passing on order details to delivery services – or for billing purposes, or if you have provided your consent. When you book a tour, we transmit your mobile number to the organizer arranged by us, in order to inform you e.g. about short-term changes. If you do not wish this, please note this on your registration. You have the right at any time to revoke any consent provided with future effect. In addition, we commission IT service providers.

The saved personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent for the retention of the data, if knowledge of the data is no longer needed to fulfil the purposes for which the data was saved, or when retaining the data is not permissible for other legal reasons (taking the statutory retention periods into consideration).

If you no longer want to subscribe to our service newsletter (Concerts and ABO International Pianists,  etc.), please inform us of this by email to info(at)frankfurter-hof-tickets.de. We will then immediately delete your data.

3. Right to information

On request, mainzplus Citymarketing will inform you in accordance with the applicable legal provisions if and which data about you is retained by us. In addition, you have the right to correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing as well as to data portability. You can also exercise your right to object to advertising.

The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the point of the revocation is not affected by the withdrawal of such consent.
You have the right to appeal to a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
