Our venues – including the Rheingoldhalle, the KUZ Kulturzentrum Mainz and the Frankfurter Hof – are equipped with e-charging stations for our hybrid company vehicles. But our commitment goes far beyond that: As an employee, you have the choice between an inner-city parking space or a free Deutschlandticket – depending on your individual needs.
We actively promote the switch to cycling: with the JobRad offer and the support of a bicycle-friendly commute. For internal routes, our team even has an environmentally friendly cargo bike at their disposal.
We also think sustainably at our own events – which is why the public transport ticket for guests is always included to reduce CO2 emissions. And for our customers, we recommend the Deutsche Bahn event ticket to promote climate-friendly routes on the visitor side as well.

We rely on a future-oriented and digital way of working – for more efficiency, flexibility and sustainability in everyday work. Since 2015, we have been working with electronic document management via SAP in accounting. We are currently further optimizing our processes: Digital workflows for orders and invoices will ensure transparent, fast processes in the future – without any paperwork.
We are also well positioned digitally in the area of human resources: With the "Loga" software, our employees can conveniently record their working hours via app, request vacation or retrieve their payslips paperless and regardless of location. The application process is also digital via our "Loga" platform.
All colleagues with an IT workstation will receive a mobile work device – usually a laptop – to enable flexible working. iPads are also available for customer meetings, which further reduce paper consumption.
At mainzplus GmbH, we also think sustainably in our everyday work – because real responsibility is reflected in the details. We consistently rely on environmentally friendly cleaning agents for our floor and surface care. Thanks to a modern dosing system, these can be used particularly sparingly and efficiently – for cleanliness with a clear conscience.
We also use existing resources consciously when it comes to office supplies: We have had new writing pads made for our team from stationery that is no longer needed.

Since mainzplus GmbH was founded, the training of young talents has been an integral part of our corporate culture. We are currently supporting an average of eight trainees in various exciting areas on their way into professional life. It is not only professional quality that is important to us – but also an awareness of sustainability. We make the topic tangible as early as onboarding: Our trainees receive an introduction to our sustainable corporate values and learn in workshops and practical events how they can actively think and help shape things themselves. As a top service provider in the event industry and tourism and as a co-initiator of the 100PRO training initiative, we want to promote young talent. We promise a wide range of tasks and a lot of support, for example through our special "mentor system" and individual help with exam preparations.
